Why Osho Dynamic meditation is such an important part of the Awakening & Healing program?

Because if a meditation from OSHO, a great guru from India
Because is an energetical type of meditation
Beacause it is a complete practice, if done every day you don't need to take other activities to heal and awaken
Because its a practice that develops the 2 sides of inner-strengh

What you should do if you notice a teacher is late for class during your swift?
